We are a national organisation promoting creative and reflective practice in early childhood education.

Our approach begins with the premise that children are born innately sociable, curious, competent and creative, and that the role of early years education is to nurture these qualities, creating engaging and meaningful learning environments for children.

Since 1997 we have been offering professional development which encourages an enquiry-based approach, and creating action-research projects as vehicles for understanding and change. We have been the UK reference for the preschools of Reggio Emilia since 1999.
