MyBlog

My name is Maciek and i'm founder of Choice to Choose foundation. We
work with kids for last 8 years in China and in Poland. We are trying to
start up a new project and i hope you can help me...

We are looking for the experienced teacher who would like to come to
Dali and stay with us for one year to help us to start up this project.

We have an old wooden house where we organizing activities for local
kids. but we want to move our project further and offer this amazing
opportunity for learning which Reggio Emilia approach offers.

The project is based in Dali in Yunnan province in China. Our idea is to
make it non profit, so all the expenses are paid by the parents of the
kids at the school. We want to have 5 places free for kids who cant
afford, we are cooperating with the orphanage so we hope to be able to
receive kids from there.

We are doing activities in local community in Dali and we hope to
continue but in much more organized way.
We think the school should be running from Monday to Friday and weekends
open for local kids when they come to join activities organized for
them.

Please if you can help us to find people interested to come live in Dali
for a year and help us to start up this project would be great.
We offer salary, accommodation and lots of amazing experiences...

Kind regards
Maciej Koterba

Our school is in need of an early childhood teacher to start in August.  We work with the International Baccalaureate (primary years programme) using the Reggio Emilia Approach.  Do you think you know of any teachers who would be keen to come to Africa and work?  The initial contract is 2 years.  It is a very, very good package.  The class is a 4 to 5 year old class.

The school provides housing, health care coverage with AETNA, excellent salary (please go to www.lisluanda.com for exact details of package).  People will need a sense of humour and flexibility as although Angola is a beautiful and dynamic country to live in it is a country in constant change as continues to develop. The school is growing faster than predicted. It is  progressive and always looking ways to move forward. Interested people should contact This email address is being protected from spambots.
