Ticking the box, to agree to our terms and conditions, is not an interest in attending, it's a commitment to pay and to attend. If you change your mind, the fee is still due.
By clicking the Submit Booking button you agree to our booking terms and conditions, namely:
To pay the required fee within two weeks of the invoice date or by 1st March 2020 at the latest. Late payments received without prior agreement after this date will incur a 5% surcharge.
If you are unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, we cannot offer a refund. However, if you have a colleague who wants to attend in your place, we can transfer your booking to them.
Your application will be processed when we receive your booking. An invoice will be generated at the time of booking and emailed to you with your confirmation (if you do not receive this, please contact us).
Closing date for bookings is 1st March 2020. Late applicants should contact Sightlines Initiative directly to enquire of places.
Cancellations made on/after 15th February 2020 will be subject to 60% of the £1560 fee.
Cancellations made after 28th February 2020 will be subject to 100% of the £1560 fee.
